The first thing you do right out of the nest is build an emergency fund...and you continue to insulate yourself from pitfalls by protecting your primary investment...for most people that is their home...

Right. Your home is worth some money at the moment.
More and more people losing their jobs theres going to be more houses up for sale because they lost their jobs...they need money. Lot more housrs for sale but not so many buyers. You are no longer a potential buyer if you unemployed.
So how to sell your house? It was worth 200 000...you have to drop the price 100 000

So, just be born to a wealthy family and everything will be fine, believe me.

An illness can do that to you very fast.

If you have the emergency fund, even if you carry a mortgage, you will be able to survive even without a job...I recommend 18 months worth of expenses saved...

The second thing you do is shit all over vulnerable people with disabilities and brag about your business bravado.

Always get a vehicle with enough room to sleep in, you never know when you might have to bug out with no other options.

That was damn near impossible to do on one income that kept going lower and lower because of bad trade and immigration policies tho

good advice. and if you're spending too much on housing get someplace cheaper now where you could keep a roof over your head if you lost your job.

I am old and have always been honest hard working and responsible, yet at times, for reasons beyond my control, I was homeless, broke, unemployed, sleeping in my car or camping without even a car to sleep in.
You never know what life is going to throw at you. Take the blows, get back up and keep on keeping on, starting over one step at a time as many times as you have to.

Thats a good point. And even you have an accident slip on a bannana skin break your arm, tell your employer youll need 2 months to recover......well if there are so many people looking for work he could quickly get a replacement and maybe get someone much better than you. He just has to call you to pick up your cards.....you finished.

I have had an intuitive feeling for many years that i shall see the day where no pension payments will be possible.
One objective of all these NWO-controlled govts is to bankrupt the govt coffers. When thy need some "emergency" money they will raid pension funds dry with no intention of putting anything back

In my occupation, I come into contact with persons from every conceivable demographic and subculture. I talk to on average 20 people a day every day 7 days a week for around a total of 12 hours a day.
What concerns me is that I have clients from every tax bracket yet the numbers are the same about 1/3 of my callers. They do not want to work or take any responsibility for their lives. They are all waiting for more unemployment or stimulus just to survive. Every one of those 1/3 has lost their job since April. They have zero drive to change their circumstances. They are all waiting for the social safety nets to keep them solvent.

What if the person can't do those things you suggest? There are millions of them you know.
