With so many going through hell right now there are a few things a learned that can help.

Looking back at the hardest times, it was not the cold and hunger, physical discomfort that comes to mind first, it was the emotional mental despair. (Well trying to sleep in all cramped up in a bucket sleep makes me still cringe.)

It was feeling so betrayed, the grief, the injustice, life was so unfair, god help me, there is no way out, hopeless, dread of what the future may hold, kind of thinking that held me down the most.

There is no room for that in times of crisis. Do not look back or try to look forward. You must stay focused on only the next step forward not even knowing what next step to take. In the moment, making the most of each moment at a time.

Do not give into to negative thinking in any way or negative emotions. Stay focused on determination to make it through the day without despair and grief, taking any positive step forward, no matter how small.

Economic collapse is a huge possibility unless those venture capitalists or somebody starts funding my CO2 filters. This would create a massive economic boom in Western Canada, North Dakota, Montana, Nevada, Israel, Palestine and Jordan from resource extraction using solution mines, this could cause reopening of all coal mines which would cause the deserts of the world to experience rain fall in driest places on Earth like Chile....ect.
