I dug a bit deeper into the Finnish Covid-19 statistics. [ link to thl.fi (secure)] A total of 339 people have died of causes attributed to Covid-19. The definition for a Covid-19 death is as follows: " It is estimated that COVID-19 has been involved in the chain of events leading to the death, if the patient has died within one month of testing positive." So, if the immediate cause of death was a heart attack but the patient has been tested positive for Covid-19 within a month, the death will be attributed to Covid-19.
