The information you provided and what FactCheck did technically doesn't have the correlations to COVID. That's why they think they 'debunked' it.

To me, the information you provided is more for crime. But keep in mind these tools have been in place for a long time and they know they can customize them to adhoc additional usage for COVID.

HOWEVER, Gov. Cuomo has said time and time again 'your DNA is collected and stored SOMEWHERE in a government database'!

Yes, COVID testing is ONLY for DNA collection. Period!
