I say the guy with the car handled his business appropriately, exercised restraint when a lot of people would have done more than one hit... Id say a warning for him and the other dude has a destruction of property charge and has to pay for the window. The window breaker was the one who escalated it from words to physical violence. There really wasnt any need for it and he got the lesson he deserved really.
