Okay, am I missing something here? On the White House website, it says he did this on August 13th 2020... Does it mean that it was in the works then, but was just signed today? Maybe I'm missing something, been a little off with my thought process here as of lately (5-6 days). I blame 5G personally :P [ link to www.whitehouse.gov (secure)] yes. the "signing ceremony" is the final ratification of Little Donald's "Big Middle East Peace Plan" of the past year or two. (you have to wonder, what's really going on, though.) We know well, it's not at all evident.
