I just watched that too. 100% that's what she said. The Chinese government intentionally released this virus which was created in the lab.  And it infects almost no one, most people who get it don't know until they're tested and people die with it but not from it. I think China wants to create as much confusion as possible and the bioweapon narrative is more Chinese propaganda. The Chinese want the U.S. public to think it's a real virus and that the "powerful" CCP is unleashing dangerous bioweapons. Possibly. But, she says she is from Hong Kong, not China. So, she probably has no love for the CCP and she is being censored even by the WHO. So, it appears there is a conspiracy in the scientific community, or the leaders of it, to keep this info quiet.
