Maybe someone already said this, but why did the Chinese release the virus in Wuhan first? Why did they intentionally release the virus on their own people?
Quoting: Anonymous Coward 76320280 It may not have been intentional.
But if it was...
"The Art of War"
In having a state controlled society, the CCP knew they could take a hit and then get it under control.
The self inflected wound serves to dissuade suspicion.
Countries with higher degrees of individual liberty would not be able to do this so easily, particularly the United States.
Notice how there were so many scare videos back in January. That augmented the effect of the self inflected wound.
Notice how so many people were able to flee Wuhan before it was locked down? That helped enable the mobility of the virus.
Now if you want to get woo-wooey...
Notice how the US barely did any testing from end of January up until the middle of March? Why? Many other countries did.
And why did the CDC tell the public not wear face masks? Yes there was a shortage and they were needed for medical use, but why not at least recommended face coverings?
And why was there so little PPE? What is the CDC for anyway? Well grounded concern about a pandemic has been around for years.
I am not comforted by the pictures in this thread from Wuhan in 2015. Gates, Obama, Fauci...China.
Coincidence? Maybe. But those odds are pretty long
