I'm sure there are some liberals among the police force but for the most part it's NOT the police. It's the mayors and virtue signalling DAs.

He needs a lawyer and he needs to sue for wrongful arrest (assuming he wasn't arrested for anything other than carrying the gun inside his own home.)

He had to be removed to end it and for his safety at that point.

We are one deranged act from giving these protesters something to really think about. I'm honestly surprised that some 2nd amendment radical has not taken down 30 or 40 of these BLM scum at once......

If a man on the street pointed a gun at the homeowner on his property... you see where this is going.

The threat doesn't have to be on his property. The homeowner was on his property and perceived a real threat.

So if this mob is throwing bricks at his home and auto causing his home windows to shatter and his car to be destroyed, then does he have any rights to start pouring 5 gallon containers of gas; onto the street; and lighting them up....

The police are selectively enforcing the law and letting most of the violent commie mobs go without consequence while arresting every single good person who stands against the mob. That needs to end!

There has to be a line drawn in the sand. The police can't continue to be the lapdogs of domestic enemies.

I would love to read that a mayor and several DAs were arrested by the police for treason against the people. I would love to read a story about a police force that refuses all orders from any kind of democrat in power.

I'd probably still grab a gun if they came onto my property, because it's obvious by now (with all the threats from these movements' leading instigators) that it would not be a social call.

What about our friends and neighbors, innocents, not armed? Any ideas? Here's mine:

3. Ammonia in the fertilizer (or soap) cup that attaches to your garden hose---long range DIY mace;
4. Chainsaw (so I've watched too many horror movies) guns aren't the only object that intimidates people;
5. Crossbow;
6. Stun gun, stun cane, cattle prod;
7. Critter traps around your property (let them jump into a trap when they get done climbing your fence; whoops had a problem with wild critters digging under my fence);
8. Fences with strong locks and flood lights;
9. Outside bars on your windows w/alarms;
10.Geese, yeah geese, a flock, they hate strangers;
11.If you're rural, well, I don't need to list anything; we know what rural people may have in mind;

I lived through the 60s riots and watched as my town was destroyed. I would not give any protesters the benefit of doubt if they marched into my neighborhood. I would assume the worst.

The instigators of these movements have publicly and repeatedly announced their intentions to "burn it all down" if they didn't get what they wanted (like major temper tantrum) and that suburbs and rural areas are not safe (that implies riots, not peaceful protests). Take them at their word, i.e. threats, they mean it.

Trump can't personally control every action of 330 million Americans 24/7, and despite what the MSM claims he's not actually a dictator with absolute power either. It sounds like you have unrealistic expectations and then just give up when they aren't met.

That kind of defeatist attitude is exactly what the radical left wants you to have. It's handing the communists a victory without even a fight. Is that the kind of person you want to look in the mirror and see?

These cases, including the Kyle Rittenhouse one, should never see the light of day. Videos show the threat and they have the right to self defense.

You have to 100% without a shadow of doubt guilty so in cases like these, there should instantly be a ban on charging people like this where there its obvious, AND any dem or partisan prosecutors should have 3 strikes and you're out without pension and even allowed to be sued out of house and home.
