Why wait until things get REALLY ugly? Why don't we get pro-active about this, and dissolve the union right now, pre-emptorily? If at first you don't secede... haha. But consider that STATE-level dissolution would not work well, because states are too big, too aggregated. Something like county-level devolution would be much preferable; counties can reasonably be characterized as blue or red with much less trouble than there would be with whole states. This would for example allow heavily-blue urban counties to separate from surrounding heavily-red suburban/rural counties. I say: why not? Why wait for the shooting to start? If the US breaks up there would inevitably be a huge nuclear war, so it's really really not a good idea. Also, since he got the nomination in 2016, Trump has always been 60%+ popular, even in California. If Trump "loses" this would be the first election that was completely fake. We can't just let these retards steal this country out from under us completely.
