Steroids don't stop it from getting into ACE2 cells and multiplying, but they apparently stop it or slow the further damage and may prevent cytokine storm. Body suppresses the infection to the point that one can pass two consecutive Covid tests of some sort = announced as cured. But I think it could relapse. HCQ+Zinc better, stops it earlier and wipes it out for real.
