Considering that many Indians have a tradition of going out in the open fields, squatting down and letting it fly - no clean water and toilet paper for miles around - that scene is quite a big contrast.

BTW, the preference for squatting down in open fields has remained a hard-wired custom even after the Indian government poured millions into building public restrooms.
