Spray it in the nose, and inhale it with a nebulizer.
Take by mouth only if stomach/abdominal issues since it is a heavy metal.

A few drops under the tongue and hold it for sublingual.
Hold till you have to swallow. Excellent treatment for a sore throat.

If you don't have a nebulizer, get a cheap squeeze bottle of saline and empty it, rinse it, and suck the silver into it. Spray into nose, or spray into throat while inhaling.

It burns for a moment in the nose, because it's not saline. Inhaling it does not burn.

It has saved us about three different times. And we are in a hot zone.

Try it out before you are sick. I never like to try something new if I am not feeling well.
