Hydroxychloroquine (Dr Vladimir Zelenko, Family Medicine):

*Treatment (high risk patients) (Protocol link)
1. Hydroxychloroquine Sulfate 200 mg twice daily (5-7 days)
If not available
Quercetin (OTC) 500 mg three times daily (7 days) and
Vitamin-C 1000 mg once daily (7 days)
or
EGCg (OTC) 400 mg once daily (7 days)
2. Azithromycin 500 mg once daily (5 days) or
Doxycycline 100 mg twice daily (5-7days)
3. Zinc Sulfate 220 mg once daily (5-7 days)
4. Rest and oral fluids


**Treatment (low risk patients) (Protocol link)
1. Quercetin (OTC) 500 mg twice daily (7 days)
2. Vitamin-C 1000 mg once daily (7 days)
or
EGCg (OTC) 400 mg once daily (7 days)
3. Zinc Sulfate 220 mg once daily (7 days)
4. Rest and oral fluids
5. Close followup with doctor

*High risk patient - Older than 60, younger than 60 with comorbidities, or looks toxic
**Low risk patient - Younger than 60, no comorbidities, not toxic (i.e. no shortness of breath)

Additional options, should be uniquely custom tailored for each patient
1. Ivermectin 6mg twice daily (1 day)
2. Budesonide 1mg/2cc solution via nebulizer twice daily (7 days)
3. Dexamethasone 6mg once daily (5-7 days)
4. Blood thinners (i.e. Lovenox)
5. Home O2
6. Home IV fluids

Prophylaxis (low and moderate risk patients) (Protocol link)
1. Quercetin 500 mg once daily
If Quercetin is unavailable, EGCg 400 mg once daily
2. Vitamin C 1000 mg once daily
3. Zinc Picolinate 25 mg once daily


Prophylaxis (high risk patients) (Protocol link)
1. Hydroxychloroquine Sulfate 200 mg once daily (5 days) then once a week
If Hydroxychloroquine is unavailable use the Protocol for low to moderate
risk patients
