You could still download it and install it on a rooted device but that's going to eliminate 90% of their traffic regardless.. Possibly force isp and network providers to block too. |

Google, open dns, major isps can do a little editing in the DNS servers and tick tock goes. Proxy wont help at that point. SSL certs dont work for IP |
