IF Trump is SO BAD on his COVID response and CUOMO is PERFECT Why hasn't CUOMO Shared HIS secrets with AMERICA?

I heard earlier today New York supposedly is at a less than 1% positive Covid rate....

So Cuomo has solved it...he is praised by his fellow leftists and yet he has remained SILENT and offered no help to the rest of the nation?

Remember when he was BEGGING and Trump was supplying Hospital ships, BEDS, PPE and respirators? Remember when he was begging other State to HELP New York saying he would "pay them back" if they needed it?

Well Mr. Cuomo, you and your fellow leftists BRAG about your decisive action...why are you keeping it to yourself?
