Chemo was the go to cure for cancer a long time ago. Yes they sometimes use it today. I did yervoy it nearly killed me but didn't and it slowed the melanoma tumor in my lungs. My doctor signed me up for a clinical trial. It was an immune therapy treatment called keytruda. When the doctor signed me up I had an estimated 9m0s to a year, that was 2013. Here I am, in remission which my new oncologist said was the first time she had a end stage melanoma patient go into remission. Now there are numerous treatments, immunotherapy, stemcell therapy and many too numerous to recall. Talk to your oncologist team they will give you all the information you need. Also check out the American Cancer Society. You can get help for anything transportation, wigs, housecleaning you name it people will help. Ask your doctor about clinical trials. The Mayo clinic has resources for their clinical trials, Your state universities usually have research hospitals that also have clinical trials. I know a lot of people are going to tell you that all those doctors are only in it for money and it may be true for some but most truly care. Call your oncologist and ask about adjuvant treatments and even new treatments. Ask God to help and believe you are stronger than this disease cuz you are.

Sorry to hear of your situation. I know what it is like to wait for that phone call, asking you to come in for another test. My wife is a survivor from breast cancer. It is excruciating.

You will survive.

If you paste ("Fenbendazole" AND "Cancer") in a search engine you will find some different opinions. It has to be taken with vitamin supplements.

I have no experience with it's use but many people do.

Glad you're in remission, and yes, it is also my understanding newer treatments like keytruda will eventually end up replacing chemotherapy.

Any advancements in this area will be most welcome across the world.
