Need a recipe for meatballs

I can't speak for venison but with beef you have to add a half a container of shaken parmesan.

step 1 - roll meat into balls
step 2 - fry it up

add whatever seasons you might like to the meat before you make the balls

Parmesan is the secret.

Of course eggs and breadcrumbs with the Parmesan.

Palm spoon of: salt pepper oregano basil parsley and Italian seasoning.

Add cinnamon and turmeric..press flat and you have Lebanese meatballs.

Take an egg, cut up an onion, fresh chopped garlic add some italian seasoning (Rosemary, thyme, oregano and basil)

and a piece of bread cut into small pieces and smoosh it all together make it into meatballs.

For hamburger cook on 425 for 14 minutes and flip over the meatballs then cook another 14 minutes.

For Venison something similiar-just watch it so it don't burn.

I have all of those ingredients.

Dried onion flakes work better for meatballs...there's already fresh onion in the sauce.

1 pound beef. 1 pound pork. 1 pound venison.
3 eggs and Italian bread crumbs.
Bake at 350 , 30 minutes

75% beef
25% pork

bread crumbs, egg, rubbed italian seasoning, minced garlic, minced fresh parsley, finely diced onion.

brown in pan finish in pre-heated muffin tin or finish right in the gravy (tomato sauce for most).

I make up a couple pounds now and again and freeze them.

2 pounds of ground beef (good substitute is half beef, half pork, OR venison), 2 eggs, and a cup of bread crumbs. Mix well, roll into your preferred size, cook, and eat.

How long to bake the ball?

350 for 30

2lbs of ground meat
1/2 onion chopped
2 cloves garlic minced
1 cup of breadcrumbs
1 cup of parmesan cheese
2 eggs
1/2 cup water
salt

Combine everything in a bowl, salt to taste, make golf ball sized meatballs, sear in a hot pan with olive oil and after they are seared on all sides, place in a 350 degree oven for 20 mins.

My mom used to put raisins in her meatballs. Gave it an added sweet flavor...

If they are venison meatballs it would be best to do 1/3 ground pork to them.
