The fastest justice from nomination to approval was 47 days. Trump LOVES to break records! Go Team! Agree. It would be unwise to wait. Get the nomination in, spend the next few weeks on questioning candidate, vote just b4 election or day after election. It's a done deal already. Win or lose, the R's will seat the next SC justice. Not going to happen. Basically we don't have the votes in the Senate to get a nominee through until after the election. You can think Romney, Murkowski and Collins.
