If someone IS qualified and happens to be a female and non-white, so be it... but to DEMAND such a thing smacks of Communism. I say go with the most ardent constitutionalist possible, whether it be male or female, because after all, adhering to the Constitution is the job. Therefore, pick the most qualified candidate. It is important right now to get a staunch American constitutionalist on the Court. Fuck their feelings. |
