Trump needs to wait about two weeks to nominate a new SCOTUS.

1. Too soon, libs carry on for a few days and it stops
Short-term memories will forget by 11/3.

2. Say any new accusations surface or he "says something dumb", he pulls the nomination Trump card out.
Accusations or words are quickly forgotten as attention focuses on the nomination.

3. Too late and liberals May not riot as they know it will affect polls in a negative manner.

4. He needs to get Clarence Thomas to retire under his auspices.
Again, another Trump card comes into play.
This can either be back to back with Ruth to cause more people to lose their shit before 11/3 which will get more votes for Trump.

5. If Clarence Thomas retires after 11/3 then possibly riots under the "new" incumbent admin.
If Thomas does not retire, we risk giving the Dems another SCOTUS pick after 2024 the same exact way RBG gave us a nomination as she was "too proud" to retire under Obama, and she dorectly handed us a new nomination.
