I gotta tell ya what my little crap monster cat did last night....the little stinker.

I was walking to the restroom and Lil She ran out in front of me, her then walking too....and she KICKED me with her back foot, without looking and while walking, she didn't miss a beat....she is so calculating. And aggressive.


I would REALLY like to know what's going on in that one's brian.....

Probably something along these lines..

"Dear diary, I have decided to plead with the authorities to rub my belly. I think it will do me good in my current condition.

I would like to receive two rubs exactly. A third one, and I will bite the shit out of them as per protocol."



Yup, this happens almost nightly, before bed.

Lil She comes up and PLASTERS herself next to me and puts her head up.... she has me trained very well.

I scratch her head and under her chin for about 15 seconds....and then I have to be prepared to move, fast....because chomp.

After a few years I've trained my hand to move at lightning speed, she doesn't get me anymore.


My ankles?....that's a different story. The little stinker....heh, the little ankle biter....and slasher.

SO! I gave notice for my job today......


My boss is bummed, I am bummed....but it had to be done. Too many changes, and too much of bitches in the office. I got the shittiest runs possible ALL WEEK LONG, and I'm finished with it. I have other more important to me things I can be doing with my life.

I gave almost a month's notice, and that's more than fair. My work ethic is good. When I was screaming at my boss this morning, I was quitting on the spot. I told her to come pick up the Escape....lawdy, I was so very angry. I later apologized for my cussing, but told her I was indeed quitting, and gave her the date before my 62nd birthday, next month.

My boss is hoping I'll change my mind. I am not going to....and I'm not going to because of my spirit. My spirit is JOYFUL at my finally ripping the band aide off and giving notice. I've been feeling this push from my expanded self for over a month now....this past week gave me the final reason.

Although I'm not really feeling angry towards my bosses - I do love and respect them - I just gotta play this song!

Three and a half weeks, and I'm finished with this job.

I have a (now) FUNNY story about a song from my youth.....


I was about seven and I went to the PX - we lived in the Philippines at the time, my dad was Navy - to buy a 45 of this cool song I had just heard called "Fire." When I got there, I picked out the song called "Fire" and bought it. I took the bus home, just busting at the seams to listen to it....please try to remember I was only seven.

I got it home and put it on my little record player....heh, this was in the 60's and players were about as rudimentary as they could get, for a seven year old. I turned it up as loud as it could go before dropping the needle down.

I almost got my arse whooped, for more than one reason......


I've ALWAYS loved music.....

HA! I was 8 when that came out! Pretty scary at that initial impact, but what catchy organ. Organ was big back then. I think I remember seeing it on American Bandstand and when they sold those album/cd sets "rock from 60s-70s and they'd show you a 15 second ad of each song. Anyone remember those? It'd be like a 10 album set.

I am though, I'm already feeling a pang in my heart....me not going to be long run driving for a living. I had some good times while doing this great work I've done.


But now is the time to pull up my boot straps and to be a f'n cowboy.....I gotta busta move on my life with gusto. I'm ready to break out, harhar!


I'd be really hard pressed to start an escort service....but, yeah.
