With a progressive Majority in the Senate, they will remove the filibuster, which allow them to pass a law that changes the number of justices from 9, to 15. They will then appoint all progressive judges who will interpret the 2nd Amendment as a "Militia only" Amendment. And since NO States sponsor any militias anymore, that means that no one will have the right to own a gun. There is so fucking much at stake in this election it is unbelievable.

Add that to the Democrats saying that they want to remove the filibuster, and you have a real recipe for disaster. Remember, without the filibuster, if the Republicans loose the senate, they would have no way to stop any legislation the house gives them. Removing the 2nd amendment is way to hard, it requires changing the constitution, but packing the court just requires a ruling.
