My understanding of this is that DOOM is on local time, so if it's an American event then it's Yankee time.

I had a dream two nights ago of an earthquake. There were people standing in front of and worshipping a huge statue of a samaurai. It was next to a road. Everything started shaking and the statue fell on the people and cars driving by. Then people came and started putting memorial flowers where the statue fell.
