It's a big deal because interviews are ordinarily assumed to be spontaneous, not rehearsed. In this case, it's obvious that she was given the questions in advance, and her staff prepared the answers in advance on a teleprompter.

She is utterly unable to answer a simple question without a teleprompter telling her what to say.
