Any system that allows double digit IQs to be elected or promoted to such important positions needs to be revised. That practice is asking for disaster.

There are plenty of high IQ people with GREAT social skills. (Bill Clinton is one). That's just an excuse. It's just a different form of intelligence. Some people have both. Clinton was at most slightly above average. Understand he got lucky with the tech boom, whose time had just come...nothing at all to do with Clinton...just sayin' Clinton was smarting than most, and was probably the most charismatic President we've had in a long time. If you were talking with him, he had the ability to make you feel like HE thought you were the most important person in the room. His biggest problem was marrying an evil schemer, who he thought wouldn't need to be in charge. He was wrong.
