With all the security being assigned in Louisville, it appears that they are expecting riots. It's looking like the AG may NOT charge the cops in the Breonna Taylor case. They wouldn't be asking for all this security is they expect the people to be happy with the decision. Are they waiting till SUNDOWN to maximize impact?
