If Breonna was the target, she was very low risk to roll up on as she drove up to park in her driveway alone. That way it is out in the open, the cops are easily identifiable, and she has no excuse to resist. If a major metro PD can't surveil, track, and sting a suspect that way with 2020 tech, then they should get with the program or suffer the consequences, which appears to be the case.
