CA, IL, MI, MN, etc.. Each of these states are in debt up to their ears. The Left wants to bail them out. Trump and the conservative right in Congress say no fucking way. That is the holdup. As the House of Representatives control the purse string, it is very unlikely you will see a second round of stimulus for the public until a new Congress is seated in January. If it stays in Dem hands, it isn't gonna happen. |
