I now see the "usefulness" of the "recurring" piece to COVID-19 - you can be imprisoned FOREVER!

In following a tangent of a thread here on GLP, I came across this little beauty...you can be "quarantined" by the US Federal Government INDEFINITELY if you show signs of COVID...

The right to quarantine...

And in section B in item 7 of this order they say for as long as they declare you a danger...

Now, granted, this seems to be for people entering the country or for people traveling in between states...states can quarantine you on their own terms...

So, if you test positive for COVID-19...and you get caught on an Interstate...off you can go forever...because the disease could "magically" reappear on you...they have you forever!
