He is the one deserving of karma (not that I believe in Karma - just that people who keep a messy house end up having to sleep with the bedbugs). You just don't go around telling people you are going to kill them. So if another takes his place, arrest him, too. We have laws for a reason. If these thugs and drug dealers weren't out breaking the law 24/7 (and as often as not trying to fight police) they wouldn't get killed by police. Gee, like that takes any common sense to figure out.
