odds are its local.usually cops.they dont like truth being spread.like glp only dumber.

I had my phone being weird! and not being able to see Youtube or send text. or get online. even with my Phone DATA set to ON.

so i had to Reset the Phone in the System area. it is complicated to explain but easy. it's there! just find it!

something about Resetting Phone data and Wifi data.

After that it returns to normal and can send text and get online and Youtube again!


i thought i had to get a new phone or phone service!

browser history,cookies,
airplane mode,super cookies
restart phone,cop and hacker malware
high battery use,malware/spyware,usually cops.but hackers are blamed for it.

when i was uploading videos of bad cops,my data was being lagged on purpose by them.
for 5 years i had my data stolen.
it could be straighttalk and security personnel at walmart stealing your data and giving it to their pals.
see walmart buys the data and resales it.so walmart can possibly rob you.

there are also military trained hacker thieves all over the www.special forces are trained to live off the land,that means stealing.these people sometimes end up in positions to steal everything.
the government looks the other way,because day be heros.

real cops.maybe a detective stationed at a telephone hub.
they are called metsos.a hub where all phone lines merge in each town.
the term is called dragnetting.its illegal but cops regularly do it to gather dirt for later leverage or warrants.

or it could be a local police station using the newer software and under orders from a prosecutor with a warrant thats garbage anyways,judges need work,so they dont care who the cops stalk,as long as they got somebody to burn and make the voters feel like the judge deserves reelecting.

thing is,the cops and judges are usually dirtier than the folks they stalk.
