IT would be a freaking fun off roader....With instant SPEED...

Make every building in California INDEPENDENT of the electrical grid by putting solar panels up all over.

Every homeowner will own his own electrical grid.

Solar panels get better all the time, and California is a fairly sunny place.

I see more and more solar panels going up on rooftops in New Jersey all the time.

As to the transport thing, the market will take care of the "problem" before 2035 anyway.
