Possibility's of civil war in US is high and World War is low

Remember lessons based on recent (within a two centuries) civil wars thru that period of time?
Separations of masses, you have very high class (very few of them contribute, no more than 5% of overall group), which consume a lot of resources with lavish lifestyle which is observable by other groups of people. High profile people ( not all of them rich, but have enough to live somewhat comfortably, hard workers, take care of their family and friends , most important love privacy and respect law, around 15-20%). Consumes small portion, contribution is majority of the economy. Gray masses/plankton government/office/bank/ etc (they go with the flow, or decide not to decide anything, 45-70%), your typical example of consumers and followers. Pirates/sponges, people who abuse the system and just plain lazy (all of them have complex such as “i’m better then others” and “they own me for ....”, 15-30%)
Stability of the county relies on the proper balance of those groups and it looks like balance is off the chart, remember French or Russian revolution, country was almost at ruins and they were partying non stop.
Racial/money segregation is very obvious at that point of time, but still there is a chance.
For the world war, you’ll need a country of very strong people with high percentage of high profile people and pirates, and country needs to be in ruins. That scenario is highly unlikely in the near century.
