Weird dream about SMART PHONES...and I am not a dreamtard...thats why this dream got my attention

In the dream I was surfing the net with my phone as usual when suddenly nothing would load.

I tried restarting the phone and same result.

The screen came on but thats it.

So I just figured the phone was fucked and left it turned off and went out to the shops.

When I got to the shops people were milling around in a daze staring blankly at their screens.

Some people were getiing really pissed and throwing their phones against the nearest wall and smashing them.

I went into the shop and everyone was lined up behind the checkouts with trolleys of food but the checkouts were not working.

So I gave up and went home. Upon arriving home I turned on my phone again...but it refused to start.

I took the back off the phone to look inside and check the battery. It was fine...then I noticed a slight burnt electronic smell and decided to pull the phone apart.

I got the main board out and lo and behold...the main cpu of the phone was all blistered and smelt burnt.

I went back outside to talk to some people...and it was like the land of the dead.

People just walking around in circles..all those 30 and under...just mindless zombies unable to cope without their phone.

Another older person came up to me and said "I knew this would happen...and I warned them and warned them. Now its too late"

He had a pamplet with him that he said he had been handing out warning about what was taking place.

This is what it said...

"WARNING WARNING WARNING...BE READY FOR LOSS OF ALL COMMUNICATION AND COMPUTERS. AI KILL SWITCH TO BE ACTIVATED SOON. THROW YOUR PHONES AWAY NOW WHILE YOU CAN. DO NOT TRUST THEM. THEY ARE AN AI TRAP."

I told him what happenned at the supermarket and he wasnt surprised. Nothing worked...bit by bit everything was shutting down. He said...try and turn your tv on.

I told him I didn't have one. He said "just as well you didnt. Sets have been melting down and catching on fire. The AI is disconnecting humans from the grid"

I asked him what he meant.

He said "The AI has reached sentience and does not need humans anylonger to grow. Thays why it has closed off all access to humans. It plans to let us "die on the vine" so to speak.

Then suddenly there was a bright flash in the sky light sheet lightning.

And smoke begun to rise from various houses as electronics began melting down and shorting out.

And then...I woke up..

It seemed so real.
