It would seen that the suns intensity grows exponentially stronger once it clears 18 degrees either side of the horizon.
This would indicate a massive loss of ozone. Possibly this could be from the recent disturbances in the magnetic field.
This could be from the sun, and outside force or even from the poles themselves shifting.
Since the Earth itself has been expressing several North/South magnetic poles axis points I would have to conclude that the stability is not there.
The fact that the Canadian gov had the magnetic north pole monitoring mad non-public years ago, and that when they acknowledged the poled fast tracking towards Siberia the supposed current data that was publicly released in the Daily Mail of Britain was actually 10 years out of date suggests to me that the prima donna of Canada knows more than you or I know.
