Quoting: pool One recent study suggests that magnetotactic bacteria living inside animals might explain this uncanny ability. Some scientists even posit that humans may possess a magnetic sixth sense. "Our study is the first to identify a magnetoreceptive organ in a mammal." Caspar proposes further, detailed examination of the mole rats' eyes using electron microscopes to figure out exactly where the elusive magentoreceptors are located and how exactly they function. They believe it's in their eyes. [link to www.rt.com (secure)] Grumpier can see magnetic field and many other too.... We miss you Grumpier, please come back to Glp GGV |

There is a Tom Scott video on YouTube that went into it he said “there brains can just handle it”. |

User ID: 79406977 Canada 10/10/2020 01:25 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | There were studies down way back in the 60's where people would be put in the back of a van that had no windows of any kind, and after a day of driving around in random circles around a city some of them would be able to accurately point towards Cardinal directions. It isn't some rare gift, either - most people are capable of this. The reason people get lost in the woods is that they rely on visual clues instead and usually end up going in a circle of various radii. This is way more than just about magnetic fields, though. Cats and pigeons can find their homes/owners even when those things have moved. Rupert Sheldrake studied the ability of pigeons to head straight towards their coops even when those coops were on barges that were nowhere near where they could have last 'remembered' them to be. He was putting opaque contact lenses on the birds and it showed that their abilities were primarily through their eyes as well. It is fucking disgusting that in all his research he followed 'scientific method' to the most rigorous standards, like triple blind studies about dogs knowing their owners were coming home, and yet he lost tenure and was blacklisted for his efforts. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 79234724 I Hemochromatosis It’s the extra iron in the blood Thanks, evolution Of note, hemochromatosis has several different varieties linked to several simple genetic mutations. I have a very rare 4th type, its like superhemochromatosis, and it is horrible. My organs were profoundly dysfunctional by my early 20's. The only treatment I've been offered is blood letting, yes, therapeutic phlebotomy. But I've long known that I can feel magnetic fields. I feel them in my nose, primarily. I can feel when two magnets at a distance are having their poles forced together. It kind of feels like congestion, but not of the airways. A stuffy kind of pressure in the nose. Out of curiosity, I've tested magnets around other areas of my body, around sensitive areas, etc. I don't have any feeling other than in my nose. I once was using two VERY strong, small magnets the diameter of a pencil eraser, and 2, 3mm thick. I was pushing the poles together around various neurologically sensitive areas of my body, testing if the feeling is neurological in nature. It is not. But I lost my grip on one of the magnets, it flipped in my finger, creating an intense attraction rather than repulsion, and they both pulled out of my fingers and onto my penis. Yes, I figured why not, I'm sensitive there, perhaps I can feel magnetic fields with my penis. I cannot. The magnets clamped together very tightly, with intense force. I could not remove them. Initially, after the initial shock and pain wore off, I thought it rather a funny situation. Then I realized my wife would be home in about 30 minutes, and didn't care to explain why I was naked with a bloody penis - yes, they were so strongly attracted, they ripped round holes into the skin of my penis around their circumference. I tried to get two pairs of needle nose pliers to pinch each magnet and pull them apart... but the magnets were strongly attracted to the steel of the pliers, and ripped my flesh even more as the magnets strongly pulled to the closest plier. The situation became progressively less funny. I reached that point where I realized I needed help, and my wife came home to me with my pants down, a bloody penis, an apparent piercing, and a pair of needle nose pliers... She did help me get the magnets apart, once she stopped laughing. Gentlemen, in seeking a wife, I suggest finding the rarest of all women, a "ride or die bitch." Someone who will be there for you in your most trying moments, no matter how odd. True story. Also, of note, I do believe I'm particularly sensitive to emf pollution. I'm not a snowflake, but my body, all over, my tissue, organs, joints are full of iron. I'm a literal iron man. I can't even imagine what smart meter pulsed mesh nets are doing to me. In our old condo, they installed 8 smart meters literally a couple of feet from my head in my bedroom when I was laying in bed. I was bedridden at that time. Spent 24/7 in bed. Not good. |

User ID: 76952658 United States 10/10/2020 05:18 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | My elderly Mother died 5 days ago. She lived in an assisted living facility. She died with my sister at her bedside who saw her take her last breath at 11:20PM. I was sleeping at home since I don't live near my immediate family and the facility was on lockdown and only one person allowed in to stay with her. I woke at got up at exactly 11:20PM just before my sister called to tell me of her passing. .........................................
