It uses two antibodies (not one) so that a mutant, drug-resistant version of the virus doesn't become the dominant strain in the body. So the makers know about the OP's concern and have built that consideration into the drug. |

Often times with these trials, Big Pharma chooses young, vibrant, healthy athletes to be their guinea pigs -- to minimize any adverse events to get the drug approved. Also, isn't Regeneron only in Phase 2 out of Phase 3 trials? Do you have a link? |
