It's simply information. Often times people in the WH don't want to be identified especially when it comes to reporting on the President.

In order to be better informed, which we won't be, we'd need to know who has administered the tests, what type of tests they were, how the results were arrived at, who read the results and we'd need the chain of custody of the swabs. A swab could easily be deliberately infected with anything, such as a flu, which is more likely to make people sick than coronavirus, which is the common cold. Swabs could be used to infect and then fake test results (COVID) produced.

Look here, dissembler, most kids illegally brought across the border are not brought by family members. Would like them turned loose to any adult to exploit?
