Let me explain how this really works.

That means that no one leads and no one is in charge and no one takes the blame because it was done by "the team" instead of a person you can hold accountable and FIRE!!!!

Any boss doing this to his employees is an idiot.

All this does is punish your hardest workers because they do all of the work and get no credit.

AND it rewards the slackasses because they can hide the fact that they do nothing behind a "TEAM".
