Aspirin is a blood thinner, chewing a few at first sign of a heart attack can save your life.

Good Idea to keep some around at all times, car, purse, home....really does not taste bad...also it makes it work faster to chew them up.

3 days later I'm getting gas at a store at a time I would normally have been working 30 miles away.

BEGIN STORY:

Man pumping gas literally falls over. I hang up the fuel pump, I lean the man against the pump and he's semi responsive.

I ask him his name, age, what year it is, who is the president. (Trying to rule out a stroke) I ask him to hold both hands up and touch his index fingers. He says his left shoulder is killing him.

I drag him into the store, (him quasi standing with arms around me) ((Like a human backpack))

I grab a water and some bayer, full dose, 325mg.

I tell him to look at me and listen.

"Chew this pill and follow it with water, it's going to taste nasty but may save your life"

Meanwhile I'm barking at the store workers to call 911, they start arguing "Do we call 9/11 or the 9/11 info line".

I lose my shit and yell call fucking 9/11, tell them there is a man in their store who is likely having a heart attack.

3 minutes later, an ambulance arrives. I tell him the sitrep and he asks for my name and phone number.

I get a call around 9pm that night. He tells me "the guy had a 95% blockage in my left anterior descending artery?"

The cardiologist said "the civilian who treated him literally saved his life". He said "He's in there watching TV and should me in the morgue".

SO now I'm conflicted, I lose my job but save a life because I lost the job. I need positive things to happen in my life right now....

Please pray, meditate, think about me.
