It affects Somali immigrants in Sweden for the same reason that autism is known as the Somali disease in Alberta, Canada. Dark skin plus a culture that promotes modesty in clothes, makes them Vitamin D deficient in northern latitudes. Sub-Saharan Africa is unaffected by the virus, because they freely hand out chloroquine and artemisia for malaria, so they could not comply with WHO guidance.
