You're correct that Amendment I restricts the government and not private citizens or private organizations/companies. However the word "censorship" is not exclusive to government use. The act of censorship can be performed by anyone. I censor my own speech when around children, for example.

Even though Facebook is a product of corporatism, I agree the company has the right to design, change, and enforce their own speech policy. And Facebook's users can certainly claim censorship and oppose such a policy change when it occurs.
