Manchurian Biologic First Strike on US Military and Political Leadership

I'm thinking of writing a book ... the plot line is

- Russians get African-American elected, he sucks
- Russians use pendulum effect to get worse sucking Manchurian elected
- Manchurian foments animosity among political factions for 3.5 years
- Manchurian uses cover of global pandemic to infect US military and civilian leadership with disease hampering effectiveness; but
- white hats see through plan secretly spinning up nuclear command to protect homeland
- Russians and Chicoms melt back into their imploding economies.
- Manchurian loses US domestic election and is handcuffed immediately on peaceful transition of power
