It's great to cite how many countries don't fluoridate their water supplies. Tell me what the level of fluoride is in their raw water supply which speaks for the need to add fluoride. It occurs naturally in many parts of the USA and has to be reported by EPA standards even though it occurs naturally. In some parts of the country, the water utility has to use reverse osmosis to reduce the concentration of naturally occurring fluoride.
As for the type of fluoride added to the water; it can be sodium fluoride which is a powdered chemical. In high level, it is poisonous as are thousands of chemicals you are exposed to everyday.
Large utilities with waterplants that produce over 50 million gallons a day use hydrofluorosilicic acid which is brought in by either a tank truck or rail car.
Sodium fluorosilicate is used in small waterplants that have naturally occurring soft water.

Fluoride is one of those hot button issues that the uneducated can use as a source of government control over the masses. All the internet has done is spread pseudoscience of false facts to people who don't know any better because they are basically a product of the American education system that has dumbed down the herd to a point of virtual idiocy.

If you want unfluoridated water to drink, there will be a tap available to the public, required by law, at the waterplant that produces your drinking water. You bring your own containers to fill your own drinking water, free of charge. But everyone knows this because they are suddenly experts on water treatment and fluoride.
