have all my wisdom teeth, crooked dentist told me to have them removed when i was 19. said theyd grow in impacted according to the xrays. well, that turned out to be a bunch of bs, have all 4 of them in my mouth sitting their perfectly and straight

There is no such thing as microevolution. There are random and heritable mutations. Evolution occurs over many thousands of years for these selected traits to become characteristic of a new species.

Improvements in the industries of dentistry and orthodontics means most people don't have as many teeth fall out like in the days of yore, thereby reducing the need for the wisdom teeth to grow and fill in the gaps left by the lost teeth.

When cats was introduced they proceeded to hunt and kill anything that could not climb, run or fly away.

After 30 years, everything the cats was hunting had evolved a way of avoiding the cat. Some developed flight, other it was running, jumping, climbing. Scientist's was amazed by it.

I had only one break through. The two on the other side were small and odd-looking. I had the one that broke through pulled. Now my x-rays show none at all. They were re-absorbed back into the bone, apparently.

Degeneration. The mother needs to be on a good diet to be able to give birth to perfect babies. Early childhood diet also plays a huge part in how a person's body will develop. Crooked teeth and no wisdom teeth shows that something went wrong.

Wait until your in your 50's - the pain will be off the charts when you lose all four.

why would i lose them? they grew in just fine, been there for almost 10 years now, no issues

i have all 4 my wisdom teeth AND a space after them where one more tooth could fit. thats archaic genetics, neanderthal (they had more than 32 teeth, longer face).

I highly doubt that there's any kind of survival selection pressure in modern humans.

Seems that almost everyone survives and has kids. People who can't take care of themselves or their kids still survive due to government and charity help.

The poor people actually have more kids and are increasing in population while the successful people decline in population.

There might still be some sexual selection pressure, but with birth control, abortion, makeup, plastic surgery, online dating, advanced medicine etc. its hard to tell what effects this will have.

Looks to me like genes are getting passed on at random at this point and if we are evolving it wouldn't be for the better.

Defective genes that would have been selected out in the past, are now allowed to be passed on.

Not just vaccines and chemicals in our food, how about exposure to multiple types of radiation that no previous generations experienced. We've seen what, three or four major nuclear disasters in modern history and dozens of smaller ones. Let's not forget the fun times politicians and the military had detonating hundreds of nuclear devices over the course of decades for "testing purposes". Then there's cell phones, cell towers, military and civilian radar and home microwaves. None of which has been around for even one humans lifetime. Not to mention bio weapons, chemicals in our water and air, cloud seeding at unprecedented levels, prescription drugs, manufactured narcotics like meth and god knows what the hell else. None of this has been studied for more than sixty years so no one, no one can say what the long term or even short term effects might be. Human being won't have any idea for at least another fifty years and even then, genetically the problems could be small now and widespread a hundred years from now.

As to your point of vaccines, kids get dozens before they're even out of the womb because they're exposed to any the mother gets and they inherit any potential genetic damage from both parents if they've been vaccinated. Then they get more as soon as their born and more each year as they age. There's also the "modern" attitude towards pregnancy, ride a mountain bike at nine months pregnant and expect no consequences and so on. Is there anything in our modern world that wouldn't lead to genetic mutations and birth defects? If there is I don't know what it would be. Ultimately there's the fact that these could simply be adorations, nothing proves otherwise. One thing we can count on, if humans start being born lifeless boneless blobs of flesh politicians and the rich will call it evolution and double down on everything that might have caused it. Modern science, jumping to conclusions and making outlandish claims without ever considering alternative possibilities, conducting proper research or even looking at the facts. Who needs any of that when you can get your name in a newspaper and get a million dollar grant from a billionaire. Modern politics...it's pretty much the same as it's always been. Lie, cheat, steal and then run like hell.
