Since the PCR ‘test’ takes a DNA sample, what are they doing with that.

Canadian federal government is building internment camps to put people in. They are to be built coast-to-coast, in every province, and used for:

"public health and other related federal requirements associated with the COVID-19 pandemic response.”

The Premier has been actively dodging my questions since July. Today was just another example of the new status quo in Queen’s Park, no response. After this exchange I’m not even sure if the Premier and his Cabinet know what's going on regarding the Federal government considering the expansion of isolation/quarantine facilities from coast to coast. The language in the RFI is overly broad and ambiguous, and we ought to have clarification on the purpose of these isolation/quarantine facilities. I asked clear and precise questions about the Federal government's tendering for “isolation/quarantine camps” in Ontario. Where will they be, how many will there be, and how many people will be housed? The Government House Leader suggests these are for “international travellers”, however the RFP says “public health and other related federal requirements associated with the COVID-19 pandemic response.” My question on the purpose was cut short and once again the government refused to give an answer. Why won't they answer? It seems to me they aren't even aware of these proposals.

There is a video on GLP somewhere that has an interview with the guy that invented the PCR process. He said that it could not be used for diagnostic purposes. The process takes a lit bit of something (like a virus) and turns it into a lot of that "something". It does this by amplifying the virus. You can double the virus as many times as you want. As he put it, you can double it 60 times and everybody will be positive. Then you can change to doubling only 30 times to prove your vaccine works, almost nobody will be positive. The process is worthless without what he called "the gold standard test". That would be a test that is 100% accurate at detecting the virus so you have a benchmark for the PCR Process.

There is no "gold standard for testing for the communist Chinese bio-weapon. There is also no standard for the doubling process. PCR "testing", as used now for the China virus, is a joke. It proves nothing.

Fact is PCR can be used for diagnosis IF one uses the longest DNA primer possible that selects a unique segment of the target organism DNA/RNA run the fewest cycles possible, and proper known positive and negative controls.

PCR can of course give misleading results missing any of those aspects.

Truly depends on the researcher, and must be repeatable.

I'm not sure a primer has been identified/created that uniquely matches/selects for C19 that is not also included in other corona viruses - or other organisms. For example, if you've had a common corona virus cold, if the PCR primer isn't specific enough to separate C19 from C-'generic' then you have a false positive. This is what I think is giving false positives along with unscrupulous use in some clinical labs running i.e. more than 25-30 cycles. As you say, if one runs enough cycles even a negative control (ultra pure water) will produce a 'ghost' band (positive)

We're talking matching between 8 - 15 base pairs exactly, and exclusively so there aren't false positives. Sometimes getting a proper/accurate primer for a PCR test is very difficult, or economically not feasible
