That is one of the main purposes, but they expected more people to riot but it didn't take, they have to crush the economy first, that isn't happening yet though.

So, they need more covid scaring and more stimulus for more debt, then it will happen if they fuck it up enough.

Those riots now are just stupid, pretty much over and staffed by paid actors, bored idiots and curious dumb people. Legit people are not involved only useless eater types who can't make it in society due to their or their previous generations life choices.

Purpose of masks is twofold. It is dehumanizing, giving the populace less perceived power.

The second and main reason is that it makes it easier for the military/gestapo/ss/brownshirts to waste a mask zombie when the time comes. It is not a person because it doesn't have a face so much easier for them to kill. Almost like a video game.
