Flu Season & Flu Shot Push Begin

The push for flu shots is beginning - at least here in central Texas. Given the research papers being pretty clear of a 14+ day window of much higher chances of getting other viruses and specifically coronaviruses I expect the "case" numbers to explode. Probably hospitalizations too.

They tried to say there was a second wave back in July, but that was just to change the CDC narrative about masks and they had ramped up testing.

Despite those mandates cases are still climbing - hard not to with your doing over 1,000,000 tests a day now.

Anyway, I expect that this will cause another "second wave" just in time for election day.

Now either doing so will:

A) help decrease the effect of the coronavirus when it would normally start mid winter and last through spring (vs fall->winter for influenza)

or

B) it will jumpstart the coronavirus season and merge both the influenza and coronavirus seasons together. This will create more of a "real" crisis in that hospitalizations may increase and I'd imagine more people would die if they are hit by both at the same time.

The narrative can be controlled either way. I'm not sure they even know what will happen. Not sure how either will play into the election chaos.
