Do you use drip irrigation for vegetable garden

We are going to need our own food if things go bad after November

I own a farm, and have drip Irrigation systems, and I am also contractor for drip irrigation systems.

What do you need to know?

From what I remember in my horticultural studies,the most important reason for using drip lines is to prevent fungal diseases.

I got my degree in Las Vegas(SW oriented ornamental horticulture),so I remember it was also to save water,as you mentioned.

I learned alotta stuff,but never got my hands dirty.
